We usually can either work around or move around furniture as needed. If there are just a couple of things to move, there will be no charge. If you have something in front of most of your windows and we spend an unreasonable amount of time moving your furniture, then you can expect a small additional moving fee. Yes. Most buildings offer enough protection of the glass to still allow window cleaning service in the rain. In Wisconsin, we rarely get all day rains. Many times we can start on the insides, and finish the outs when the rain stops. Rain itself usually doesn’t spot up glass. The dirt which rain drops dislodge on dirty windows is what causes spotting. So if your windows are clean, and it rains during or right after, they will still look good. If you’re not happy with the end result, we’ll come back and touch up any windows which were hit by rain and don’t look good. You know, I hate to break it to you but it’s quite possible it might rain after we clean your windows! We know this is a somber thought. Just remember, clean windows repel rain for more readily. This is really an amazing process which is very worthwhile. We use 5 stages of filtration on the water. The first filter is for sediment. It’s astonishing how many things can be suspended in water which at first seems to be clear. The second filtration is a carbon block. Then comes two reverse osmosis units. Finally, there is a de-ionization tank. Trust me. When ordinary water is purified with our process, it achieves a 99.99% purity. Sometimes, blinds don’t allow for screen removal so they need to be removed. Please remove decorations if you have them on your windows. It would be best to take these off beforehand. It would also be better to remove things which are placed on window sills or ledges in front of windows. We are very concerned for your valuables to be protected. These could be vases, pictures, knickknacks, etc. If it’s important to you, it’s certainly important to us. Before beginning, we will bring equipment to cover your interior.
